For freight forwarding, please refer to the British International Freight Association (BIFA) standard trading terms for England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. In relation to Gibraltar, the England version shall apply.
For port/liner agency and hub services, please refer to The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Standard Trading Conditions.
For warehousing services, please refer to The UK Warehousing Association.
In the event the services provided do not fall into any of the above categories, The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Standard Trading Conditions will apply.
